Why can't I see prices or add products to my cart?
We do not sell directly to end buyers, and we do not reveal our wholesale prices publicly. If you are a retailer or wholesaler and would like to offer Bazzaara products to your customers, see the question directly below this one.
How do I purchase Bazzaara products?
Bazzaara is a direct importer and wholesaler of scarves and fashion accessories. We sell exclusively through our partner resellers. If you'd like to become a Bazzaara reseller, please fill out our reseller form. Note that as we do not sell products to the end buyer and thus do not charge sales tax, we will need a copy of your resale certificate (if you are a retailer) or tax exemption certificate (if you are a wholesaler).
Is your website secure?
Our site uses Shopify as its platform, and thus inherits all the security advantages of that platform. However, we take security very seriously, and we do not operate under the assumption that Shopify (or any platform or host) will handle all of our security needs. We employ a number of methods to test the security of our website, including but not limited to testing by cybersecurity firms and ongoing automated website scans. Additionally, all information you submit to us is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) with strong ciphers. To put it simply, we're using the best business-grade security available to us today.
With that said, some of the responsibility for the security of your information falls on you. No amount of security on our end is good enough if you don't create a strong password and protect your login information. Please take measures to do so.
Do you have order minimums?
Yes. The absolute minimum you can purchase of any single product variant is 6. Some products have higher minimums. The minimum spend for an order overall is $100.
We may make an exception and allow you to purchase fewer of each item (to sample) if you are a first-time reseller. Please fill out our reseller form and, once you are approved, call us at +1 (631) 391-9218 to place your first order.
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. Items received within 30 days of the purchase date receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds can be issued to the form of payment used in the original transaction, or optionally as store credit. We do not refund shipping and handling fees. How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated automatically at checkout, unless you have special shipping needs, including the below:
- Having shipping billed to your UPS account
- Using a freight carrier such as UCL
- Physical requirements such as pallets

How long will it take to get my package?
We will pack and ship your order within one business day of you placing it. The time it takes to receive your package will vary greatly depending on your location and your chosen shipping method. All orders are shipped from New York. 98% of all our orders are delivered within eight business days or less. Some packages may take longer.
How do I get an invoice for my order?
When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email including a listing of all items, prices, discounts, fees, and your total. If you prefer a more print-friendly invoice layout, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will make a note on your account indicating your preference, and we will email you a PDF invoice separately. You can also see your order history at any time in your account.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information by email when your order is shipped. You can also track any order right from the "My Account" page on our website. How can I get a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, our inventory changes too rapidly to keep a printed catalog current. We do offer an e-mail newsletter that will keep you up to date on new items, sales, and discounts. You may sign up to receive our newsletter at any time by using the signup box at the bottom of our website or on the home page.
